Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

 Do not send items back without contacting our support team first. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

 

4. Return Address

To initiate a return, customers must first contact our support team at support@melydori.com.

 

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Exception: If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, return shipping costs may be covered by us at our discretion.

 

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@melydori.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

·         Gift cards

·         Custom or personalized products

·         Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

·         Personal care or hygiene products

·         Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

1.      Request and complete a return (if eligible), and

2.      Place a new order separately.

 

9. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Returns or refunds will not be issued solely due to shipping delays.

 

10. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

·         The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

·         Proof of purchase is required.

·         Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

 

11. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return:

·         We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

·         If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

·         Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
